Shipping policy

A flat fee of R100.00 for Postnet to Postnet delivery services, for local and national shipping. We will send you a tracking number via sms.

Standard Shipping: 1-2 days (excluding holidays and weekends) for main city centres.

Order Processing: Orders are packaged and handed to Postnet promptly upon placement and payment.

Delivery Timing: Orders placed on Fridays, will be shipped on Mondays.

Johannesburg and surrounding areas:

Flat shipping rate of R100.00 for parcels up to 2kgs on Johannesburg and Pretoria main routes. Thereafter, the rate is calculated based on weight or volume of the parcel.

National Shipping

Main centres have a flat shipping fee of R100.00 for parcels up to 2kgs. Thereafter, the rate is calculated based on weight or volume of the parcel.

If you are local to our area, we will happily arrange collection for you.

 "For Collection" and we will let you know when it is ready.   

We do not accept  P.O. Boxes as a shipping address. 

Missing of Lost Packages:

We unfortunately have no control over missing or lost packages. We can however, do our best to assist in resolving shipping issues with the shipping company. If you experience missing a package, email us at info@kaloscosmetics.co.za
